Procedure and protocol for provision of service

Dosimetric monitoring is not only an employer’s duty, but also a convenient system for evaluation of the level of human exposure
Our service provides high quality service of individual dosimetric monitoring and is capable to determine occupational doses of the radiation workers in industry,
research, at customs, in medicine, in particular in dentistry.

1. Request the service

Placing order (for corporate customer).
Contracting the service.
Filling out auxiliary documentation.

2. Dosimetric monitoring

Receiving of dosemeters by a customer. Possible options are personal handover of mailing, for instance by Nova Poshta. Assignment of dosemeters individually to each occupationally monitored worker.

3. Dosemeter readout and dose assessment

Upon return of dosemeters to the lab for readout and after analysis, verification and approval of the results of monitoring, the official report on individual doses is sent to the customer

4. Dosimetric database

Information about received doses is stored eternally in the special database. Access to the data is granted for the monitored persons.

In order to initiate the service and write--in the personnel for dosimetric monitoring, please, download the list of required documents from the customer and file "Blank_dlya_zapolnenia Dog__.xls", which should be filled out and sent to the lab by e-mail dose@leed1.kiev.ua
